The team from Pain Free Dental Clinic has provided the Southern Highlands community with comprehensive dental services since 2014. From implants to fillings, and even dental bridges, we can do it all.
As a family-owned clinic, we believe that a smile can go a long way, and strive to provide excellent customer service for all our patients. Dr A. Nikgoo – Principal Dentist
Dr Nikgoo began practising dentistry in 2001, and has been the principal dentist for Pain Free Dental Clinic since 2014. He has dedicated his career to helping patients who experience anxiety and stress at dental clinics.
As an accredited member of the Australian Society of Implant Dentistry, and an active editorial board member for an online dental journal (has published 5 articles in well known and prestiges journals). Dr Nikgoo is a strong advocate for ongoing dental education and promotion of best practices in the industry. He currently holds a Doctor of Dental Surgery, Postgraduate Diploma of Implantology (Graduate diploma of dental Implantolgy (CSU)) and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists Mastership

Susy Wilkin – Dental Therapist & Dental Hygienist
Susy is a Southern Highlands local and a dental therapist. Dental therapists are able to provide scaling, cleaning and gum care, as well as provide treatment for pre-school, primary and secondary school children without the supervision of a dentist.
Susy has a Bachelor of Applied Science, where she majored in health education and human biology. She has also completed her CERT IV in Education and is a part-time lecturer in dental studies at Shellharbour TAFE.
When she’s not at home, Susy spends her holidays doing volunteer dentistry in Vietnam, or is out skiing with her husband and children.
Alicia – Dental Hygienist
Alicia started her dental career in 1999 as a sterilising assistant and then undertook training to become a dental assistant. To further her career she studied Dental Hygiene at the University of Newcastle. In 2010 she graduated with a Bachelor of Oral Health and in January 2020 joined Painfree Dental Clinic.
Alicia is passionate about preventative dental care which includes your overall health and wellbeing, and is continually updating her professional skills to provide you with the latest techniques, including teeth whitening, Invisalign, now trained in Orofacial Myology and currently studying and will be certified with graduate diploma of Dental Sleep Medicine.
“Because I had major dental work as a child, I particularly find it rewarding to help patients with dental anxiety or nerves, to help to overcome their fears. In my spare time I enjoy riding my horse, gardening, going to rodeos and I am a volunteer with the SES joined in 2012, in 2016 received an award for NSW volunteer of the year. and enjoy
